PRICE MATCHING POLICY

XPA's Price Match Policy

XPA is committed to providing low prices every day, on custom team orders.* So if you find a lower price from another supplier on an identical, custom product, tell us and we'll match it.

The following limitations apply:

  • The item must be identical, (similar in make)
  • We will price match one item per quote 
  • The item must be sold and fulfilled by a US supplier

Sorry, we don't match:

  • Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items, e.g., fees, shipping charges
  • Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
  • Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
  • Items that other suppliers have listed as clearance, closeout, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity, or other special event offers
  • Damaged, used, or refurbished items
  • Price errors
  • In-store prices
  • Prices as a result of pickup discounts
  • No price matches on items related to Black Friday and Cyber Week (including Pre-Black Friday event prices)

Price Match XPA with Another Online Supplier

  • If you think you are eligible based on the above, contact XPA Customer Care before you place your order. We will verify the item eligibility
  • XPA has the final decision for matching a price
